Cheesy Gold Potato Casserole

Yields: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs MountainKing® Butter
Gold Potatoes
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 lb pasteurized processed cheese spread
(e.g. Velveeta)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp garlic
- 3 green onions, chopped
Directions:
- Boil the two pounds of MountainKing® Butter
Golds. While the potatoes are boiling, in a saucepan, combine
all remaining ingredients to form the sauce. Stir the sauce
over medium-low heat until melted, combined and hot.
- Then drain the potatoes and smash until they are of a
chunky consistency. Stir in the sauce.
- Ready to serve immediately
